the small print:  Our prices are per gite, for up to 4 guests (PLUS infant under 2 years – in cot, by prior arrangement only – making a total of 5 guests). we accept payment in most currencies by bank transfer. At the time of booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is payable and our terms & conditions will be sent. payment of your deposit is confirmation that you accept our terms and conditions. Your final balance, which will also include a £150 damage deposit, is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of booking, the full balance is payable. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of departure from the property providing our Terms and Conditions have been met.
